1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and s5555 (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the s5555 online gaming platform available at s5555.biz and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or accessing any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. These Terms apply to all players accessing the Platform from Pakistan, including but not limited to players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, and Peshawar.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and maintain an active s5555 account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• You are registering as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of s5555 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or platform providers.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You do not already hold an existing s5555 account, whether active, suspended, or closed.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the s5555 Platform or had your account closed for breach of these Terms.

s5555 reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of age, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation at any time, including but not limited to a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by s5555 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) s5555 account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your s5555 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your s5555 username and password.
• Ensuring that no third party gains access to your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying s5555 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

s5555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in this section. s5555 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole and absolute discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

4 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s5555 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or ongoing account maintenance.
• Using any form of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity with other players.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in any game, payment system, or promotional mechanism on the Platform.
• Engaging in any money laundering, structuring, or financial fraud activity through the Platform.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name, or funding your account using funds obtained through fraudulent or illegal means.
• Attempting to access, probe, or test the security infrastructure of the Platform without explicit written authorisation from s5555.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward s5555 staff or other players.

s5555 actively monitors accounts and transactions for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, s5555 reserves the right to void all associated bets and gaming activity, suspend or permanently close the account, and report the matter to relevant financial authorities where legally required.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

All transactions on the s5555 Platform are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount, maximum deposit limit, and any applicable transaction fees are displayed at the point of deposit within your s5555 account.

s5555 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• EasyPaisa — instant credit, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer, subject to standard banking hours.

s5555 only accepts deposits made from payment accounts registered in the same name as your s5555 account. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be returned to source where possible, and any associated gaming activity conducted using such funds may be voided at s5555's discretion.

s5555 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency transfers, or payment methods not listed above. The Company reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

6 Withdrawals & Verification

Withdrawal requests on s5555 are subject to identity verification being complete on your account. s5555 will only process withdrawals to the same payment method that was used to fund your account. This policy exists to prevent fraud and comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: 5 to 30 minutes under normal conditions.
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers: 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

s5555 reserves the right to:

• Request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of prior verification status.
• Place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Decline a withdrawal request where the associated account is under investigation for breach of these Terms.
• Withhold withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

Any withdrawal request submitted while a bonus is active in your account will result in the cancellation of that bonus and any associated pending wagering requirements unless otherwise stated in the applicable bonus terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

s5555 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins on selected slot titles. Each individual promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

The following general bonus terms apply to all s5555 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless s5555 expressly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when both are present in your account balance, unless stated otherwise.
• s5555 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend the wagering requirements, or void any bonus where it reasonably suspects abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated bonus exploitation with other players, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, is a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

8 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the s5555 Platform operate under individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

All non-live casino games (slots, fishing games, Aviator, and similar titles) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified to produce genuinely random and unpredictable outcomes. s5555 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical failure, software error, or disconnection during a gaming session:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any Platform content without s5555's prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s5555, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of real-money funds resulting from gaming outcomes, which are inherently uncertain.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain account security.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond s5555's reasonable control.
• Actions taken by s5555 in good faith in response to suspected breach of these Terms.

s5555's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money funds deposited by you and held in your account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under s5555's international gaming license jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and s5555, you agree to first contact s5555 support in good faith to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first contact, either party may escalate the dispute through the formal dispute resolution mechanism provided by s5555's licensing authority.

s5555's decisions on bet settlement, game outcomes, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject only to manifest error. Players who believe a manifest error has occurred must notify s5555 support within 72 hours of the relevant event.
